We’re excited to announce progress on the AC Acres development property, a premier project designed to blend functionality and rural charm. The site features a large-format barndominium that anchors the property, combining modern living spaces with expansive utility areas. Current work includes grading and hydro-seeding to establish a strong foundation and sustainable landscape, along with road development to improve access throughout the property. In addition, erosion control measures are being implemented to ensure long-term stability and environmental protection as the site continues to take shape.
